Thanking all of you for attending my card workshops this year.  I am so blessed to have all of you and your support.  I am looking forward to some time away but I will definitely miss each of you.  Please keep in touch.  We will be home early Dec. to celebrate Christmas with family. I hope to attend Karen & Mary Jo's workshops while home.
     I also want to Thank the evening class for supplying a cake  and having a going away party.  The cake was wonderful and was so thoughtful.  I also enjoy our after class eating out gatherings. So handy having those fast food places near.
   Thank you Mary Jo and Karen for taking over the classes till spring.  I hope all will support them and all the hard work they will need to do.  My Love to all of you.  I will try to keep posting so if I am slow to do so, don't give up on me.  May God Bless you all and keep you safe, Laura

I am back as I said I would.  My Husband has been on this computer a good part of the day. Hence I couldn't scan my card to put on this site.  I got the idea from Card Maker Magazine / a 2011 issue.  It is just slightly different.  With the help of my Cricut Machine, I was able to cut out the fancy B.  I hope you like it. I thought it was simple but cute.  I am not all ready.  Need to get everything organized and packed for the class.  I am earlier than usual.  See you soon!

It's been a very long time since I posted anything.  You probably have given up on me.  Then you do know me and just might hang in there to view cards.  I took pictures of this weeks cards on my phone camera but then could'nt download them to this computer.  So then my daughter help me to put them on my laptop  So one would think I would have them now posted but know.  I could get on this site on my laptop but it wouldnt let me post anything.  ?????  So I decided that maybe if I checked out our desktop , I could post.  Yep I am here but it is not aware of the pictures I posted on my laptop.  I thought it was worth a try.  Soon now very soon I will go to my craftroom and check out my laptop again.  I am so computer illiterate.  If you dont get to see them, you know I was not successful.  Hope to see you at the card class tomorrow.  Take care and God Bless You, Laura .

Don't know how to work this new printer/scanner.

Hi All,  Last evening I tried to scan my cards so I could send them to this site.  It is probably not gong to work.  although I can print and copy, I cant scan.  It doesn't recognize that I have a printer.  Sorry,  I will try again later but this room is hot and I need to get out of here.  A manual didn't come with this machine so I need to find it on line.  Wish me Luck.  I do still need to cut out all the pieces yet, so I still have lots to do. Hope to get back soon with pictures posted.  Have a good evening!  I will be watching a ball game for one of my grandson's.

Is it just me or does the time seem to go to fast.  May was here and gone it seems, in the same week.  This week I did get a little ahead of things, at least better than usual.  I do have 2 cards ready and cut out.  One is created but I have lots to cut out, and 1 is started but not complete.  I am posting the 3,  these should be what we will make if I dont change my mind.  I went to the Stampin Up Garage Sale today with Linda and I bought a few more stamps.  I think they would be fun to use, maybe next time.  I will post the 4th card when I am finished.  See you on Wednesday !  Laura

Hi Everyone,  Are you ready to attend my classes this year?  I will start on Wed. April 17th.  MY usual times apply, 1PM and 5PM.  I again want to Thank Mary Jo and Karen for taking over for me while I was away.  I feel guilty that you have to stop and let me take over again.  Whenever you want to do a class let me know I can step aside occasionally if you  miss all the creative fun.   When I had my classes in Florida, we only made 4 cards and I still charged the $5.  I was considering that here, but after supporting me with your attendance all these years   I want your honest opinion,  is charging $5 too much for make 4 cards.  Would it make you not to want to come.  I found it easier to get done on time with only making 4, not only time spent in class but having everything ready for class.  I do value your opinion and hope you will respond as to how you feel.  I hope to see you all soon and hope to make you card classes enjoyable.  Take care and God Bless you all, Laura

I am still on this Planet!  Had you wondering did I?  Well I held my last card  class Tuesday for this winter season.   We should be home before Easter but that still depends on Tom.  I would like him to have him get  the stent he needs before we leave for home.  He wants to get it done at home.  So we will see.  His Cardiologist had to go to Africa for a family emergency.  Fist we were told he would be back Monday but then told Wed.  I didnt even bother to call there today to find out.  Unless you hear otherwise we should be heading home the Monday before Easter.  Any changes will letr you know. 
   I never was able to post those cards I scanned.  I tried and couldnt figure out what I did  wrong.

    Not certain when I will start cards classes there when I get back,  Maybe Mid April.  Thats if you want me to still have them and/or  the girls want to give up theirs.        Surprise, I found these but the go back to Jan   Any take care, God Bless You, See you soon enough, Laura
  

Hi again.  I am sure if you even looked at my site , that I have not figured out how to get my card pictures here.  I have a different printer/scanner down here and for what ever reason , I cant seem to get my card pictures here.  Maybe someday !  I have 8 signed up for my next class so far.  It is not till the 22nd.

I had my first card class yesterday.  Had 5 in attendance.    I am only making 4 cards this year and it was a bit easier for me and we got finished in the 2 hours.  I am posting the cards.  I doubt one is going to show well ( the lettering).Lets see if I can remember how to do this.  I hope all is going well for all of you.  I am enjoying the warm weather here.  Take care and God Bless all of you!
